GC PHARMA SARL is a licensed pharmaceutical distribution company accredited by the Ministry of Public Health (MINSANTE), dedicated to delivering quality pharmaceutical products and healthcare solutions across Cameroon.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for passionate, ambitious, and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team in the North West Region (Bamenda).

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Promoting and marketing GC PHARMA's pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare facilities;
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities within your assigned territory;
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional clients;
• Achieving assigned sales targets and generating new business;
• Collecting customer orders and ensuring timely follow-up;
• Monitoring market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities;
• Preparing and submitting weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity reports;
• Collaborating closely with the Sales, Administration, and Finance teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Candidate Profile

• Passionate about sales and business development;
• Highly motivated, energetic, and target-oriented;
• Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently;
• Team players with a strong sense of responsibility;
• Fluent in English. Knowledge of French is an added advantage;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
• Willing to travel extensively within the North West Region.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or any related field is preferred;
• A Medical Sales Representative (Medical Delegate) qualification is an added advantage but is not mandatory;
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales, FMCG sales, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
