JOB ADVERT: OFFICE ASSISTANT
TRANSSION HOLDINGS is the company formerly known as TECNO TELECOM Limited. A global company with offices in many countries and regions.
We are looking for an Office Assistant.
- WMS system update on daily basis;
- Daily operation and data gathering;
- Organize the warehouse and transport operation documents;
- Payment application and Reimbursement;
- Communication with other departments;
- Collect related data and documents from service provider;
Qualifications and experience :
- Bachelor Degree in Communication/ administration;
- Fluent in MS OFFICE software(at least excel, word, and PPT);
- At least one year experience in a relevant position;
- Logistic knowledge will be a plus.
Capabilities and Skills :
- Fluent in English and French communication;
- Ability to solve problems;
- Good analytical skills;
- Organization, rigor, ability to work under pressure;
