Supply Chain & Logistics Manager

As a member of the in-country top team reporting to the Country Manager, he/she will support the Country Manager and his team in the selection, ordering and on-time/on-budget delivery to sites of all goods and services as specified in the business plan.

Key candidate Qualifications and Requirements

• Bi-lingual French and English
• Degree in Business Administration or Operations Management or equivalent
• 10 years' experience overall, with at least 5 year experience in Supply chain and Logistics at responsible level,
• Knowledge and experience with supply chain management systems, tools and procedures
• Leadership/management experience in production environments; mining experience will be highly valued
• Experience in budget preparation and management
• Highly IT literate, with demonstrable organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• A strong background in managing a team of procurement staff working in remote environments
• Experience in importation and exportation of equipments and products.
