The Supply Chain Department of Nestlé Cameroon is currently looking for a « Demand & Supply Planner ».

The main purpose of the job is to generate the best estimation of the future market demand and ensure optimal stock availability that will meet market demand.

In order to successfully achieve the purpose of this role, the position holder will :

• gather, prioritize, analyze data, facts or other circumstances that may impact demand forecast
• use appropriate statistical models and tools, interpret results  and generate accurate forecast
• work in collaboration with Marketing and Sales, in order to gather from them markets and consumers events and new products introduction plans.
• use technics related to supply and inventory management and react proactively on logistics constraints that may impact stock availability.

This role require from the applicant:

• bachelor level in Logistics or Supply Chain Management,
• a minimum of two years of relevant operational experience in demand forecasting and supply planning,
• strong analytical skills, with good knowledge of master forecasting methods,
• insight, Impact, Result focus and Proactive cooperation.

Knowledge of SAP and proficiency in English are added advantages.
