SUCCESS CONSULTS is recruiting an ENGLISH TRAINER ON CONFLICT MANAGEMENT AND PREVENTION to deliver an online training program (via Microsoft Teams) for professionals students on conflict management and prevention. The training will be conducted entirely in English and delivered online.

TRAINER'S MISSIONS:

• Design and deliver a professional training program on "Workplace Conflict Management and Prevention".
• Prepare training materials (Participant Handbook and PowerPoint presentation slides).

RESPONSABILITIES

• Design/adapt training materials and learning resources (case studies, templates, tools),
• Facilitate interactive online training sessions (70% practical and 30% theoretical approach),
• Support participants in addressing real-life workplace cases,
• Provide learners with practical tools and operational templates,
• Coach participants when necessary.

NOTE  :

• The trainer must submit the proposed training outline, including the main training modules ?
• The trainer must indicate his/her expected daily training fee as part of the application.

PROFILE REQUIRED

• Male/Female, aged between 30 and 60 years,
• Minimum Bachelor's degree +4/+5 (Master's degree) or equivalent qualification,
• At least 5 years of experience in leadership and conflict management training,
•  Proven experience of at least 3 years working with NGOs or in a managerial position,
• Must be fully proficient in the use of Microsoft Teams for online training delivery,
