KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. HR Management
- Oversee payroll processing, personnel records, employee benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, with the best practices.
- Monitor employee performance, conduct appraisals, and support talent development initiatives.
- Ensure effective employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts professionally.
- Interview, assess, and maintain a talent pipeline aligned with company and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and dashboards; track HR metrics such as turnover, time-to-hire, and payroll accuracy.
2. Marketing & Client Engagement
- Promote the company’s HR, recruitment, outsourcing, and other services to potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the business development team to execute campaigns and acquire new clients.
- Conduct presentations, proposals, and networking activities to grow the company’s visibility.
- Leverage market and client insights to identify opportunities for expanding services.
- Ensure each employee’s activities reflect the company’s brand and contribute to service promotion.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min. 5 years of HR experience across payroll, recruitment, personnel management, and employee relations.
- Proven experience in marketing, business development, or working directly with clients is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a service provider or outsourcing company is a strong advantage.
TECHNICAL SKILLS & CORE COMPETENCIES
- Mastery of HR processes, labor law, payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and client/market insights for actionable decisions.
- Preferred age range: 28-40.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software/CRM systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
- Results-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
