Job Summary
As the Sales and Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to expand our client base, enhance brand visibility, and achieve revenue targets. You will leverage your expertise in corporate relations, client management, and market penetration to strengthen our position in Cameroon.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales & marketing plans to meet company objectives.
- Identify and engage potential corporate clients, building long-term business relationships.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
- Lead promotional campaigns, presentations, and negotiations with key stakeholders.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, HR, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client retention strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in HRMS, corporate services, or B2B sectors in Cameroon.
- Strong network with corporate clients and understanding of the Cameroonian business landscape.
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) – mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
