We are planning to strengthen our Business Development team and are recruiting interns whom we will train in our fields of expertise so they can deliver expected results.
What you will do
As a Bid Assistant, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Research opportunities on behalf of the company (calls for tenders, calls for expressions of interest, requests for quotation, etc.)
- Manage the end-to-end process of producing high-quality tenders, including content development, partner research, experts research, internal coordination, exchanges with the sponsor
- Ensure the coordination of contributions from a wide range of functions and individuals within the company and externally, ensuring that all contributions are made within specific deadlines and meet the requirements of the tender
- Ensure that developed offers are in line with the terms of reference, company standards and client requirements, that they are validated internally and submitted on time through appropriate channels
- Manage awarded contracts and developed MK BA customer portfolio
- Carry out studies, project management activities
- Contribute to the development of a network of partners (experts and companies) in multiple countries
- Contribute to ensuring that the team responsible for tenders achieves set goals.
Who we are looking for
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, Agriculture, Statistics, Environmental studies, Information Systems
- Initial experience in tendering processes, project management, market studies, economics forecasts, new product introduction, or any technical experience in the above fields of study
Competencies
- Ability to communicate confidently, clearly and expressively
- Excellent English speaking, writing and reading – knowledge of French will be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and excellent editing and proofreading skills
- Deadline oriented, ability to work under pressure, to multitask, to prioritize workload
- Behavior reflecting MK values
- Ability to work on your own initiative and ensure the delivery of planned workload to meet priorities
- Good knowledge of technological trends, office and project management software (MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, graphic design).
