AURE RH Recruitment Services Sarl, a Member of the AREKO GROUP, is looking to recruit a hydra crane operator for a construction company.

Job title: hydra crane operator (French and English speaking).   

RESPONSABILITIES :

• Operate hydraulic cranes safely and efficiently according to company policies and industry regulations;
• Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure it is in good working condition;
• Collaborate with site supervisors and crew members to plan lifts and ensure proper load handling;
• Maintain accurate records of operations, including lift plans, inspections, and maintenance logs;
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks on the job site;
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed;
• Assist in training new operators and crew members on safe operation practices.

PROFILE:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus;
• Valid crane operator certification (e.g., NCCCO, CCO) and any other required licenses;
• Proven experience operating hydraulic cranes in [specific environments, e.g., construction, industrial];
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in crane operations;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team;
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor when necessary.
