JOB ADVERT: Data Engineer

Duration: 03 months

Roles and responsibilities:

• Develop, test and deploy a solid data pipelines, 
• Build insight from our data(cohort analysis, customer segmentation, churn rate, retention rate etc) in order to inform business decision, 
• Put in place a solid data layer to filter potential fraud attempts and reminder mechanisms with our compliance team, 
• Build up scalable and insightful dashboard, showcasing crucial insights on data, 
• Leverage SQL Analysis to fast track data analysis on demand, 
• Understand business requirements and convert them into clear and simple output, 
• Implement tools and data capture strategies to get insights for app usage and guide future developments, 
• Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for each data source in the app,
• Track our revenue channel and products. Automatically trigger alert in case of unusual behaviour in data that may result in lost of money or possible inappropriate gain, 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with real-time data processing and streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Flink),
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI),
• Strong Knowledge of Python, Flask/FastAPI,
• Strong problem-solving and analytic skills,
• Strong communication Skill,
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and no-sql data base, 
• Bachelor degree in software Engineering or equivalent certification,
• 2+years experience doing similar job.
