TRANSSION HOLDINGS is a company formerly known as TECNO TELECOM LIMITED. It is a mobile industry handling different brands, mainly TECNO, INFINIX, ITEL, and TECNO. CARLCARE is the customer support service of TRANSSION HOLDINGS different brands.

We are recruiting to fill the position below, for our Itel brand; (AS SOON AS POSSIBLE).

Job title: Account Manager

Location: Akwa, Douala.

Job Type: Full Time

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree

Experience: 2– 5 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and addressing their needs and concerns.
• Developing and executing account strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and/or services to existing clients.
• Monitoring and analyzing account performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective measures.
• Collaborating with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handling contract negotiations and renewals.
• Providing timely and accurate reports on account activities and performance.

Key Qualifications

• Business ability to communicate and negotiate with major customers
• Proficient in English and French
• Be familiar with Cameroon’s hardware and building materials market and have certain customer resources (yaki, ingelec)
• Proven experience in account management or a related field.
• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
