Transsion Holdings is a company formerly known as Tecno Telecom Limited. It is a mobile company handling different brands, mainly: Tecno, Infinix and Itel. Carlcare is the after sales service of Transsion Holdings' different brands.

We are recruiting to fill the position below;

Job title: Community manager phone collector

Location: Douala, Akwa

Key responsibilities:

• Advertising the company on social media,
• Follow up of customer's complaints both on social media networks and within the company,
• Serve as an Interface between Carlcare and dealers,
• Receiving faulty phones from customers for maintenance,
• Responsible for the  pre-diagnosis of faulty phones  and translating them in technical terms.

Education Requirements:

• HND/BTS or other equivalent in a related field field of study with minimum one year of experience.
• Ability to understand customer service.
• Understand the mobile phone industry.

Qualifications:

• Acquainted with English and French Language.
• Social media experience.
• Computing experience.
