TRANSSION HOLDINGS is a company formerly known as TECNO TELECOM LIMITED. It is a mobile industry handling different brands, mainly TECNO, INFINIX, ITEL, and TECNO. CARLCARE is the customer support service of TRANSSION HOLDINGS different brands.

We are recruiting to fill the position below;

Job title: Hotline/ Warehouse

Location: Akwa, Douala.

Age: Not more than 30 Years old

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Responsible for receiving all customers.
• Reporting customers telephone problems and customers complaints.
• Receiving faulty phones from customers for maintenance.
• Responsible for making a pre-diagnosis and translating it in technical terms.
• Enter phone information in the system.
• Explaining to customers what was repaired or changes made on the phones.
• Listening to customers complaints/problems and offer solutions or refer them to the next immediate supervisor.
• In charge of handing over dealers phones and collecting dealers phones.
• Interface between Carlcare and dealers.
• Advertising the company on social media.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• HND/BTS or other equivalent with minimum 1 Year experience.
• Ability to understand aftersales services and be able to provide services to assigned clients and agents.
• Understand the mobile phone industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Acquainted with English and French language
• Social media experience
• Office software experience
• Computing experience
