Overview
We are looking for a Pedagogic Inspector to manage a Language Center in Douala specialized in International Language examinations.
The Pedagogic inspector must be able to identify and analyze the problems faced by teachers and the establishment within their jurisdiction, propose solutions and table them to hierarchy.
Responsibilities
- Management of Pedagogy and Human Resources
- Recruitment, registration and student management
- Course management and schedules trainers
- Online course management and e-learning platforms
- Motivation of teams, management of discipline and absences
- Management of staff and external trainers
- Keeping of text books, program coverage, student evaluation etc.
- Management training expenses and other current expenses
- Follow student progress and report to the hierarchy
- Management of student assessments and exams.
- Assist the Director General in the planning and monitoring of activities,
- Coordinate your team and track ongoing projects and programs,
- Search and negotiate partnerships with national NGOs, international and with other social partners
- Manage the relationship with the ministry and represent the institution wherever necessary
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience (at least 2 years) as a Pedagogic Inspector or a field relevant to that
- Knowledge of social networks
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools
- Minimum a degree in a relevant field of education or Professional training certificate
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Bilingual (French and English)
