JOB ADVERT: TECHNICIAN

We are looking for a Technician.

Key Accountabilities:

• Carry out several tests to check the overall performance of a phone,
• Fixing problems with electronic hardware,
• Replacing damaged hardware on devices, such as the screen, buttons or battery.
• Follow up with the customer experience satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Should have an HND/BTS in Computer science/electronics ;
• At least 6 months of experience in electronics and electricity work ;
• Knowledge on android phones;
• Skilled in diagnosis of android phones problems.

Capabilities and Skills :

• Open minded , smart , and responsible Person,
• Ability to solve new problem;
• Good communication skills;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
• A dynamic person;
• Organization, rigor, ability to work under pressure.
