Bryann Autist School is a medico-educational institute that aims to include children with autism in school.

Our current challenges are to offer each child early and individualized support to develop their learning and integration skills.

For this reason, Bryann Autist School is recruiting a specialist nursery and primary teacher capable of supporting and stimulating this growth.

NATURE OF THE POSITION

The role of the specialist nursery and primary teacher is to bring each child to the maximum of his or her possibilities.

HIERARCHICAL POSITIONING

The nursery and primary specialist teacher is placed under the direct authority of the Director.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Listen to and target the shortcomings of the students he supports.
•  Identify students' psychological problems.
•  Develop appropriate techniques in order to transmit knowledge and truly begin teaching.
•  Perform important teamwork.
•  Make regular reviews on the progress made by the children.
•  Meet regularly with the child's parents in order to better understand and identify their disability and provide them with explanations concerning their child's education.
• He works on the basis of workshops designed according to his discipline and the skills that each must acquire.
• Preparation time is important. A personalized program is established for each child according to their academic shortcomings or their development.
• A true balancing act, the teacher knows how to be close to children and let them gain autonomy when they show themselves capable of doing so.
•  Help everyone to define and achieve a professional project
• Set up structured and organized activities
•  Continuously observe and evaluate the progress of each student

This position is based in Douala

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Training

• Must have CAPIEM (certificate of aptitude for the teaching of teachers of primary and nursery education) or CAPIET (certificate of aptitude for the teaching of teachers of technical education)

Experience

• Maximum 3 years of experience in a similar position.

• Key concepts and methods of the disciplines taught in primary and didactics of the main areas of learning
• Child development psychology
• Regulation and operation of National Education
• Identification of the school's partners and their respective roles

CONDITIONS

• Contract of indefinite duration with a probationary period of 3 months renewable once.
• Monthly bonus according to individual and collective results and performances
