Dale Kietzman University, Douala Campus is seeking a motivated candidate for Campus Manager and Director of Recruiting. This salaried, fulltime position is primarily sales and public relations. This dual reporting role is responsible for the management of the campus operations under the direction of the Campus President as well as directing enrollment at the campus under the direction of the Vice President of Enrollment and Recruiting (VPER).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations Management
- Responsible for public reception at the Douala, Cameroon campus.
- Maintain oversight of campus during normal business hours through physical presence.
- Supervises and develops the campus staff, facilitating professional opportunities to improve individual capability and managing performance against job accountabilities and department goals.
- Maintains a desirable, attractive and safe campus environment. Ensures facilities are well maintained.
- Prepare campus operations budget and forecasts and explain all budget variances.
- Assists Associate Provost with the development and publication of the academic master schedule for the campus, accounting for classroom availability.
- Understands and implements all policies and procedures established for the college and follows the directives of the leadership of DKU, including the VPER, Campus President, University Provost, and University President.
- Other duties and projects as assigned by the VPER, Campus President, and University President.
Enrollment & Recruiting
- Responsible for the recruitment and enrollment goals established with the VPER and President.
- Responsible for the compilation and submission of weekly recruitment reports to the VPER.
- Provides direction for all new recruitment materials and website information related to DKU.
- Responsible for oversight of local enrollment team members, assuring that they carry out the recruiting and enrollment duties necessary to accomplish the campus enrollment goals.
- Determines student recruitment needs and assists in shaping DKU marketing efforts to support such needs.
- Coordinates ad placement and marketing initiatives as directed by the VPER.
- Other duties and projects as assigned by the VPER, Campus President, and University President.
QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
Experience and Skills:
- Demonstrated administrative and organizational abilities
- Experience in student recruitment (preferably in non-traditional education modes)
- Ability to develop and track analytics
- Experience in measurable lead-generating marketing
- Experience in supervising and coaching individuals and teams in multiple geographic locations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong abilities in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-starter, ability to work productively with minimal oversight
- Must be proficient in written and spoken English
