OFFER JOB: " IT SUPPORT"

The mission : 

• Participate (see piloting) the installation, configuration of our WEB applications (under Symfony, Ajax, Bootstrap , etc ...) on our Clients sites. 
• Participate or be in charge of cabling of customers local network.
• Remove barriers (technical, human, skills) related to the adoption of our software by our customers and users.
• Participate in the development of software tools for our web ERP applications .
• Collaborate with several different teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, etc. )
• Provide first level technical support and assistance to clients across Africa.

Skills and Experience:

• Have realized projects ( including academic) based on at least two of the following tools: Symfony, AngularJS, Bootstrap, AJAX, SPA.
• Good knowledge of standards of web and ERP applications ( SPA, Ajax, JSON, Webservices, XML, etc. )   
• Mastering languages: HTML5, CSS 3, JavaScript (JQuery, AJAX, ...) 
• Mastery of team tools ( Bitbucket , git, asana, trello , slack ...).

Know-how :

• Rigorous, methodical, serious , passionate, and very hardworking! 
• High proposal skill, passion for innovation and new technologies.
• Curiosity, sense of detail and sensitivity to quality
• Sense of elegance in the rendering of his work (HMI, Code, etc. )
• Team spirit
