This institution is seeking its HEAD OF MARKETS OPERATIONS

The head of market Operations insures regularity and compliance of marketoperations, actors and market infrastructures with regard to rules and best practives of the financial markets sector. His mission is to protect investors and market participants in general, and ensure market integrity to promote adequate capital formation and allocation: He promotes compliance, prevents fraud and monitors risk. He is thus guarantor of the validity, reliability and relevance of markets information, the ethical behavior of actors whom he licenses, and the smooth completion of  markets operations, which he oversees. he suggests any corrective measure whenever deviation or distortion occurs.

The incumbent will be a Cameroonian citizen, with a formal(post) graduate education and training equivalent to five years after High school leaving certificate(Baccalaureat) in the academic fields of economics, finance, accounting, law or management. S(h)e will have a minimum of five years professional experience in managerial or operational positions, preferably within a financial institution or a financial, audit or accounting departement of a firm. A perfect mastery of the information technology and tools, as well as english and french languages, is required.
