Description des tâches :

• Assurer l’augmentation de la productivité des plantations selon les différents packages de productivité définis
  • Réalisation des formations sur les bonnes pratiques agricoles
  • Suivi utilisation des produits phytosanitaires
  • Suivi utilisation du matériel végétal
• Supervision et implémentation effectives des activités liées au plan de développement des producteurs
• Suivi terrain, formation et accompagnement personnalisé des producteurs
• Signature des contrats de productivité et Attribution des packages aux producteurs intéressés
• Collecte des données du plan de développement des producteurs
• Implémentation du plan d’action sur le terrain et proposition d’innovation
• Etablir des rapports avec les indicateurs de performance des activités terrain

Profil recherché :
1. Formation et diplômes

• Minimum un diplôme universitaire de niveau Licence/BTS, ou un diplôme équivalent en Agriculture, Production végétale, techniques agricoles

2. Expérience professionnelle

• Expérience agricole (min 2 ans) de préférence dans la cacaoculture
• Le poste sera basé dans un arrondissement d’une région du Centre avec des déplacements dans la région (20%)
