The National Engagement Strategy (NES) Cameroon secretariat based in Yaoundé informs the public that it has two permanent staff openings job: Facilitator and Communications Officer.

POSITION: FACILITATOR

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• University degree with at least 4 years of higher education (law, environmental sciences, forestry, agriculture, economics, anthropology, geography or related fields)
• Goods knowledge of land issues
• Experience in project management, fundraising and excellent understanding of the NGO sector
• Proven experience as an NGO programme facilitator, coordinator or other senior management position, including on the field
• Experience working with public administrations and international NGOs
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Fluency in English and French, written and oral.
