Job Title: Trade Asset Activation Executive

PURPOSE
- To contribute to GCSA's volume growth through total product quality at the consumer point of purchase. Installation, Servicing and Quality
- To drive business and brand performance against clearly defined call priorities (SLA's)
- To manage and develop all technical aspects and deliver a quality programme across the Total Alcoholic Drinks (TAD) portfolio.
- To meet all Quality and installations standards, as well as Health & Safety requirements
- To deliver QDVPPP solutions on Core brands, Spirits & RTD in order to achieve stretch targets on ROS, distribution and SLA's.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Graduate
- 2-4 years sales & marketing management experience
ACCOUNTABILITIES
As Trade Asset Activation Executive you should be able to:
- Effective plan and manage in order to carry out day-to-day installation, dispense and emergency callout operations within priority framework.
- Deliver agreed individual and overall technical Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs). (eg new fridges planograms, shelves display standards, Price list etc)
- Be Responsible for the fridge supply process from ordering to delivery in market
- Coordinate fridges maintenance through maintenance agencies and merchandisers cold.
- Coordinate the work of merchandisers and cold supervisors and report on their performances on agreed timelines.
- Manage dispense equipment and basic POS stocks and budgets
- Produce reports on activities and fridges performance ( QDVPPP STANDARDS NATION WIDE STATUS & OPPORTUNITIES )
- Input into technical/quality strategy by proposing efficiency and process improvements.
- Identify emerging trends on area and communicate that knowledge to key contacts within team and head office
