Call for Tender N° 002/R4DI/FY15 in modification of call for Tender N° 001/R4DI/FY15

Background: R4D International is a global health research and development not-for-profit organization located in Yaounde, Cameroon. This call for tender is relative to the recruitment of an auditor (Certified Chartered Accountant) for the certification of the accounts of R4D International.

Purpose: The purpose for this tender is to select a certified chartered accountant registered in ONECA who will certify the accounts of R4D International; a Cameroon-based research foundation dedicated to global health research. The accounts to be certified are the different health research projects accounts of the organization and that of ALMA ATA Clinics project.

Terms of reference: The auditor is expected to certify all the different projects accounts of R4D International at the head office in Yaoundé (Cameroon) and that of the ALMA ATA Clinics in Yaoundé (Cameroon). The certifications should be done according to OHADA norms.

Deliverable: The auditor should submit the audits reports as follows: the first one for the main account of R4D International, a second one for each of the different projects accounts including ALMA ATA Clinics and a third one for the consolidation of all the different accounts into a single report. These reports must be written in English and submitted at a maximum of 6 (six) weeks after the signing of the contract.

How to apply: The candidate should submit the following documents:

1. The location plan of the consultant office;
2. A copy of the tax payer card;
3. A copy of the current business license;
4. A copy of the bank account attestation;
5. A copy of the business registration certificate (“registre de commerce”);
6. The prove of previous experience in the realization of similar activities;
7. The execution plan of the mission;
8. The attestation of registration with ONECA;
9. An updated and signed CV of the lead consultant.

Deadline for submission of bids: The bids should be submitted latest December 28th , 2015

Submission of bids: The bids, drafted in French or English, in five copies including one (1) original and four (4) copies in a sealed envelope should labeled as follows: “To the attention of the Administrator of R4D International: A call for tender N° 002/R4DI/FY15 for the recruitment of a consultant for the certification of the accounts of R4D International for the financial year 2015.
