PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in a consulting firm.
• Proven experience working on diverse projects and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and criticalthinking skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and support the needs of a growing organization.
• Proficiency in utilizing business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Full proficiency in English and French.
