Established in 1949, SOS Children's Villages is a dynamic social development organisation working globally to meet the needs and protect the interests and rights of orphaned and vulnerable children. SOS Children's Villages international is the umbrella organisation that provides support and guidance to SOS member association in over 132 countries worldwide. The International Office Region West and Central Africa is in the process of recruiting a new Human Resources & Organisation development(HR&OD) Advisor based in Yaounde.

THE CHALLENGE

Working as part of an international/regional team, supporting a cluster of member association to build human resources and to support the implementation of HR strategic objectives in the member associations in line with the policies of the organisation.

YOUR PROFILE

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management
• 5 years of HR experience in a corporate or NGO environment
• Excellent command of French and English
• Good analytical, organsational and negotiation skills
• Prepared to travel frequently, up to 25% of the month
