JOB ADVERT AT THE GLOBAL HEALTH SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS(GHSS)

GHSS is a non-governmental and non-profit making organization dedicated to seeking innovative solutions to strengthen health systems in developing countries for effective service delivery ans surveillance of infectious, non-infectious, and neglected tropical diseases. We focus in three key areas: improve laboratory systems and services critical for disease management, surveillance, and prevention; enhance field surveillance and epidemiological training for relevant animal and human-health to mitigate threats posed by diseases; and improve service delivery at all health levels.

Purpose: We are currently seeking an outstanding individual for the following positions

Data Clerk

The successful candidate will demonstrate

• Excellent understanding of organizational operations
• Extensive knowledge and experience in computer software usage: Excel and other Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent knowledge in editing and formatting documents
• High speep typing with very limited error rate
• Experience in organizing meetings, conferences and trainings

Qualification

The candidate should have a BSc or equivalent certificate, with broad experience in computer software and at least 5 years' experience in managing a secretatirat. Bilingual aptitude(English and French) will be an added advantage.
