Position: Sales and Marketing Assistant

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented, and bilingual (English/French) Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, demonstrating measurable results, strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to support business development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales and Business Development

• Identify, prospect, and convert new clients within the construction and technical services sector.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
• Assist in presenting service offerings, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts with attention to profitability.
• Track client satisfaction and follow up to ensure high-quality service delivery.

2. Marketing and Promotional Activities

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital and on-site promotional strategies.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Contribute to the creation of sales and marketing materials (brochures, presentations, social media content).

3. Reporting and Performance Tracking

• Maintain accurate sales and marketing records, including CRM entries, sales pipelines, and client communications.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing quantitative data such as revenue growth percentages and client acquisition metrics.
• Assist management in developing strategies to increase market share and customer retention.

REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Min. 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a service provider industry.
• Demonstrated record of measurable results: percentage growth in sales, revenue gains, or successful campaign outcomes.
• Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).

Technical Skills

• Strong B2B and B2C sales and marketing skills, including prospecting, client acquisition, and negotiation.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the BTP/construction services sector is a strong advantage.

• Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
