Job Summary

To instruct, examine & assess delegates primarily on Crane Operators Stage 3 & 4, but also to include Rigging & Lifting, Banksman/Slinging, HLO, Forklift Operations (if relevant to job holder's experience & qualifications), in various onshore/ offshore locations

Qualifications:

• Crane Operator experience essential with previous experience in a Skills Instructor/Assessor role preferred. 
• Familiarity with Instructor/Assessor techniques and qualifications preferred but not essential as training will be provided. 
• Qualifications and background experience of practical training being given. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to be diplomatic. 
• Well developed communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and with a wide variety of people e.g. staff, clients, delegates. 
• Proficient working knowledge of office IT systems including MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
