Join us as a Junior Admin & Finance Consultant in Douala – River Cleanup Cameroon!

Are you passionate about making a tangible difference in the fight against plastic pollution? River Cleanup Cameroon (RCCam) is on a mission to clean the Wouri River, and we’re looking for a Junior Admin & Financial Consultant (JAFC) to help us streamline our operations and keep things flowing smoothly!

We’re not looking for a classic number cruncher – we want someone dynamic, organised, and ready to dive in. You have up to 3 years of experience, this is your chance to make an impact while building your skills in a purpose-driven environment.

What will be your key responsibilities

• Financial management & Accounting: Handle the numbers like a pro, ensuring our funds are wisely managed and accounted for.
• Administration management: Keep the ship running smoothly by managing office operations and admin tasks.
• HR management: Support the team by managing contracts, staff records, and all things HR-related.
• Procedure development and implementation: Assist the Country Lead in developing and refining RCCam’s procedures and policies to ensure our mission’s success.
