AURE RH Recruitment Services Sarl, a Member of the AREKO GROUP, is looking to recruit a JCB Operator for a construction company.

Job title: JCB Operator (French and English speaking).   

RESPONSABILITIES :

• Operate backhoe loaders to excavate, move, and grade earth and other materials;
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety;
• Follow project plans and specifications to complete tasks efficiently and accurately;
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other crew members to coordinate activities on-site;
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies;
• Assist in the setup and teardown of job sites as needed;
• Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues or concerns regarding equipment or safety.

PROFILE :

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred;
• Proven experience operating backhoe loaders or similar heavy machinery;
• Knowledge of construction site safety practices and protocols;
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to [insert weight]) as needed;
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments for extended periods;
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
