JOB ADVERT : OPERATIONS MANAGER

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: Bac+4/5 in logistics

DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 3 years minimum

MISSIONS

Main mission: Coordinate and manage the flow of incoming and outgoing goods. To do this, you will be in charge of the following actions:

• Define the procedures for processing market operations;
• Carry out quality monitoring of administrative procedures;
• Carry out technical and regulatory monitoring;
• Optimize and secure procedures;
• Make legal declarations.

NATURE OF THE POSITION

Hierarchical reporting: GENERAL MANAGEMENT

Place of practice: DOUALA

SKILLS/KNOW-HOW

• Propose to stakeholders the most suitable transport solutions (air, sea, road);
• Manage administrative constraints, particularly customs;
• Manage warehouse teams (schedules);
• Select, negotiate and monitor contracts with carriers and other logistics providers;
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement actions;
• Supervise the handling, order preparation and transport teams.

SKILLS/SKILLS

• Master the administrative and legal dimensions of chartering;
• Have interpersonal skills and sense of communication;
• Be pragmatic;
• Be autonomous and organized;
• Knowing how to convince.
