• Main Mission : Registration of orders and outputs in the POS System and SPMS SYSYTEM Entry work

PROFIL DU CANDIDAT

• Education : Logistics and transport / Supply chain Management
• Level of training : BACC + 3
• Personal qualities : Attentive, meticulous, rigorous and patient
• Professional experience : 02 Years Minimum
• Age : 22 years– 28years
• Being perfectly bilingual or English speaking
• Perfect command of the pack office in its entirety ( Word, Excel and power point)

MISSIONS /PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• Responsible for maintaining all warehouse load ticket issuance documents and reports
• Responsible for making OA of warehouse charges and documents, managing money obtained from OA for workers
• Responsible for making and sending all daily reports (daily loading report, transfer report, IOS report) weekly and monthly by email.
• Record orders in the system as well as outputs
• Responsible for the control of all office resources, maintenance, organisation, and renewal of these resources
• Responsible for reporting office problems immediately
• Responsible for all assignments decided by the warehouse manager   
• Good communication skills
• Excellent execution and writing skills
• Good professional conduct
