Carlcare Sarl (Transsion Holdings) is looking for Technicians.

Key Accountabilities:

• Carry out several tests to check the overall performance of a phone,
• Fixing problems with electronic hardware,
• Replacing damaged hardware on devices, such as the screen, buttons or battery.
• Follow up with the customer experience satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Should have an HND/BTS in Computer science/electronics;
• At least 1 year of experience in electronics and electricity work;
• Knowledge on android phones;
• Skilled in diagnosis of android phones problems.

Capabilities and Skills :

• Open minded, smart, and responsible Person,
• Ability to solve new problem;
• Good communication skills;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
• A dynamic person;
• Organization, rigor, ability to work under pressure.
• Good analytical skills;
