A reputable international Oil and Gas service Company based in Douala is looking for individuals with Oilfield experience with below qualifications:
Job Title: HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
Essential:
- 4+ Years full functions HR experience
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a similar position within the Manufacturing/Mining/Oil Field industry.
- Excellent organisational, communication and presentation skills;

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the HR function in the provision of a professional HR service to Supervisors/Line Managers and employees providing ongoing HR support and advise to maximise effective people management in the organisation.This will include all areas of HR: recruitment and selection process, contracts of employment, induction, absence management, pensions, termination of employment, compensation and benefits and medical provision.
- Maintain up-to-date HR records in an efficient and confidential manner. Ensure accurate processing of payroll
- Fully participate in HR initiatives and projects as directed by the Region HR Manager to improve the service of the department to the unit. Timely distribution of information.
- Provide general administrative and advisory support to the department on a day-to-day basis.
This position require good written and oral communications in English.
