Job position : Finance Supervisor

Working Location: Angola

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and analysis of financial statements, as well as the coordination of budgeting, forecasting, auditing activities, and the preparation of financial reports. 
• Assemble loan documents and verify all appropriate documents are received and completed accurately
• Inputs loan information in the funding system and ensures that all the validations are met before funding
• Reviews and audits payroll, accounts payable, cash receipts, inventory, journal entries, and reconciliations, for specific business units
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication (must speak and write in English language) and interpersonal skills
• Must be familiar with the complex accounting rules and regulations, and should possess the judgment that comes with the position.
• Should possess the financial knowledge and skills, as well as interpersonal and organizational abilities, to excel in the role.
