We are looking for a Motion Designer.

Key Accountabilities

• Creating animated graphics and videos using computer software such as Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premier Pro.
• Creating illustrations, designs, and other artwork used in marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
• Creating graphic designs for various purposes such as magazines, websites, and posters.
• Designing motion graphics for use in television commercials or other visual media productions.
• Translating ideas into motion graphics that can be understood by a wide audience.
• Lead team of motion designers which include brainstorming, mood boards, creation of mock-ups.
• Develop conceptual designs and sample layouts within the guidelines of the audience’s requirements and specifications both on time and on budget.
• Manipulating images and creating a motion graphic web advertising piece for corporate online use.
• Maintaining and designing web pages using web developing programs.
• Creating templates for video series using brand style guides, develop and design style frames.
• Establish and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships with members of projects and partner offices and departments.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s Degree in Motion design, digital marketing, Graphic design or similar, and at least 2 years of experience in the domain or related field.
• Animation skills, including perspective, pacing and sound
• An understanding of video formats and constraints, compression techniques, texturing and lightening effects…
• Highly organized and adaptable.
• Creative and self-motivated.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to deliver quality work on a given deadline.
