WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SALES OFFICER FOR SERVICE NEEDS

PLACE OF WORK: Yaoundé, Cameroon

PROFILE: 

•  Be between 25 and 35 years old
•  Be of Cameroonian nationality
•  Be at least a holder of a BAC+3 degree in commercial action or any other equivalent field
•  Have at least one (01) year experience in the field or in a similar position
•  Experience in consumer products is needed

THE MAIN TASKS OF THE POST

Customer management

• Obtaining daily orders from customers and organizing good customer relations 
• Checking the samples on the customer's display each day and ensuring that they are in good condition
• Follow up on customer receivables
• Evaluate customers in different grades according to their capabilities and help them to develop their distribution channel
• Assist customers in tracking their orders, communicating with customer service, handling their complaints, coordinating efforts with other departments
• Provide training to customers' employees in the areas of sales, display

Work report

• Analyze the client portfolio including credit, business mode, management
• Informing the superior after having assessed the risks.

Product and market research

• Develop new products, prospect for volume, price, etc. and report back to the manager
• Study the competition and report to the superior every week

QUALIFICATION

• Good communication skills
• Ability to use computer tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Ability to write reports
• knowing how to speak English is an asset.
