JOB ADVERT: Ad & Graphics Designer Needed

SKILLS AND/ REQUIREMENTS

• Design ads, GIFs and newsletters, web banners ..
• Expert in: Sketch, Adobe Suite, prototyping tools. knowledge of HTML/CSS and ability to interface directly with developers could be of advantage.
• A Mastery of Adobe Flash for Animated Ads creation will be a great advantage.
• Understanding of the printing process and specifications
• Familiarity with production and rendering methods, including drawing, offset printing, photography, interactive media
• Strong creative and critical thinking merged with Intermediate social media knowledge
• Able to work effectively and independently on multiple projects with tight deadlines while being able to switch rapidly between different projects
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent communication (verbal, written, visual); ability to propose ideas across teams, and contextualize multiple ideas in relation to one another.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet with clients or the art director to determine the scope of a project and Advise clients on strategies to reach a particular audience
• Determine the message the design should portray and Create images that identify a product or convey a message
• Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites using a specified color charter or Select colors, images, text style, and layout
• Present the design to clients or the art director
• Take the design “brief” to record requirements and clients’ needs
• Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software while Thinking creatively and developing new design concepts, graphics and layouts
