JOB ADVERT: Quality Controller

TRANSSION HOLDINGS is the company formerly known as TECNO TELECOM Limited. A global company with offices in many countries and regions.

We are looking for a Quality Controller.

Key Accountabilities:

• Identify the customer's problems, and understand the phone’s fault
• Check if the technician repaired and solve the customer complaint

Qualifications and experience :

• Min of HND/BTS in Electronics
• Min of 6 Months Experience in a similar position
• Familiar with the customer relation management

Capabilities and Skills :

• Ability to solve problems;
• Good communication skills;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
• Good analytical skills;
• Organization, rigor, ability to work under pressure.
