Recruitment notice for Head of Human Resources Department

Cameroon Airlines Corporation (CAMAIR CO) informs the public that a call for applications is launched for the recruitment of the head Human Resources Department. Selection will be based on the following criteria.

• Be a Cameroonian
• Should be no more than 40 years of age
• Should have a university degree (minimum post graduate level) in human resource management or in equivalent domain, or minimum 07 years of professional experience
• Must have specific training in human resources management
• Must have minimum 03 years relevant experience in the main functions of human resources management
• Having managed a team of at least 04 people
• Control of labor regulations in Cameroon
• Experience of Human Resources Management business consulting is desired
• Good knowledge of the aviation and labor market  in Cameroon
• Fluency in French or English is essential.
