Vista language Center, a Linguistic Center is in need of a logistician whose duties will be as follows:

• Supervises and evaluates the maintenance works performed by external service providers. 
• Provides preliminary maintenance of electrical and computer equipment. 
• Ensures the proper functioning of equipment in classrooms and multimedia room every morning.   
• He is responsible for the transmission of things from one site to another. such as: packets or seal, envelopes, parcels not too bulky that should be collected from a company or from a third party to send to the indicated address.
• The limit working area is within the city, not at a very long distance.
• The courier will perform his task most of the time with a two-wheeled vehicle such as motorcycle, scooter or motorcycle etc.
• He must use tools such as a notebook and pen to note down information (address, recipient's name, business or place of residence ...), preferably an electronic agenda, a city map and a phone to be contacted when needed.
• Then he must ensure the transport of the customer's parcel to the beneficiary on time by respecting some safety rules and the Highway Code like wearing a helmet as well as respecting the speed limit, whether a bicycle, a motorcycle or a car.
• Above all, the courier has the obligation to maintain a good relationship with the customer.
• He must be able to anticipate some problems related to incidents in performing his job.  At the end of each task, the courier must joint again his company or employer before going to another address.
• He must be willing to do all the tasks and commissions that a line manager may ask him to do.
• His responsibilities may include among other cleaning and maintenance.

Skills required:

• Excellent organizational skills and work methodology of cleaning;
• Knowledge of the specifications, precautions of use and storage of various cleaning products;
• Comply with health and safety rules;
• First aid skills;
• Team spirit;
• quick turn around and quality work;
• Human relation skills (discretion, honesty, kindness);
• Adaptability (work situations, rhythms of activity ...).

Profile:

• At least an HND in Transport and Logistics or related fields
• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position
• Must be bilingual ; English and French
• Must be able to drive a bike conveniently
