Crystal Foundation is seeking the services of a Community outreach coordinator. The job will require living and working in kumbo. (Banso)

About The organization

Crystal Foundation is a non-profit organization that works with children with disabilities with a special focus on children with mental and neurological disabilities like autism, Down syndrome and learning disabilities

Responsibilities

The Community outreach coordinator will be responsible for the following:

• Coordinate all field work and field activities throughout the Bui division
• Work closely with focal persons in the division to ensure that goals are met.
• Coordinate home-based rehabilitative activities
• Ensure that outreach activities comply with the organizations goals and objectives
• Write and prepare monthly reports for the organization

The person will be Answerable to the overall programs Director or the organization’s Director

Required Skills and qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or any other relevant professional qualification
• Candidates with relevant non-profit experience will be given preference

Personal characteristics

• The person should behave ethically
• Have the ability to build relationships
• Must be a dynamic individual with the ability to improvise when necessary. Must have a great team spirit.
• Be creative and innovative
• Have the ability to influence the team you work with to achieve results
• Highly organized

Salary

Salary is negotiable and depend on qualification and previous work experience.
